THE ALAMEDA TWILIGHT CRITERIUM SERIES
TUESDAY NIGHTS
MAY 21, through AUGUST 13, 2002

Course:   0.6-mile loop, good pavement, four right turns

Directions:      From 880 north or south, exit on Broadway, from 980 west exit 12th St. Follow directions to Alameda / Webster St.Tube.  Take Webster to right turn on Atlantic, continue on W. Atlantic, right turn at Ferry Point, left at W. Tower, right at Pan Am, left at W. Midway. Look for race parking sign. Easily accessible from San Francisco / Alameda ferry terminal.

Registration: Opens at 5 p.m. and closes 10 minutes before each event. All racers must sign a standard NCNCA release form. Riders under 18 must have parent's or guardian's signature. Entry fee includes NCNCA insurance and surcharge. A 2001 NCNCA license is required. One day licenses will be available. Permanent series numbers will be given the first time a rider registers. Replacement numbers will be $1.

Volunteer! Work as a course marshall or bring a friend to volunteer and race free! See the race promoter.

Three events nightly, registration opens at 5:30.

*Start times and race duration may change at BBC's discretion as these Twilights develop and/or when the days start getting shorter.
** Women 3 can ride any race

General Information: Helmets are mandatory when on the bicycle. NCNCA rules are in effect. Free lap rule applies. Please be courteous to other groups using the area, obey traffic signs and park where directed.
